I'm a singer songwriter who is sort of folk/blues/country tinged with funk. I have been short listed for WAM and ASA song competitions...mainly for my lyrics I think. I came into music through singing sea shanties....but got bored with the sameness of them all. I play in a band with a cello and a trombone. I write mostly humorous songs with a message behind it. Im kind of interested to start another additional band maybe some kind of satyrical country/folk/thing?
Also interested in finding a percusionist who can also sing to possibly join existing band?
