ABOUT

I have worked for the past 35 years as a solo artist through to a 5/6 piece band lineup. I play acoustic, electric, and bass guitars, and have also played keys for a number of years (not lately) and have always been a lead vocalist and can also do harmonies.
I have done lots of Corporate functions, Private, Community, Festivals, Pubs, Clubs work mainly with covers. I have also wertten and recorded original material which I enjoy immensly, but find it hard to afford and fit in as this has always been my second but most consistent job!

EQUIPMENT

I have 2 PA Systems. Both are Bose. The large one comprises of 2 x 302 Subs and 4 x 802 Tops & Mids. Subs are powered by a Mackie 4500W Power Amp and the Tops & Mids are powered by a Yamaha 4500W power amp. 5 fold back monitors and an Allen & Heath ZED24 Mixing console rounds out a really ballsy system. This system easily does up to1000+ crowds.
I have a few sets of LED lights that do the job too.
For smaller gigs, I have a Bose L1 system that comprises of the separate sub and "stick" speaker system for mids & tops (24 x3" speakers in the stick). This comes with a brilliant 4 channel Bose mixer loaded with heaps of presets, effects and EQ's. Light and quick to set up. Have used this system for up to100+ crowd.
We use Shure SM58 Beta Mics and i play a TE Maton acoustic, Epiphone Electric and a dodgy squire bass.
