The Australian Matchbox20 and Rob Thomas Tribute Show (TAMTARTTS) are seeking a passionate and dedicated lead vocalist (you) to take the stage in front of the band.
If you have been awaiting the opportunity to step into a gig ready and good to go show with gigs awaiting then this is it. We’ve got gigs till the end of the year, and our current singer has too many work and family commitments.
We would love to see just how far this could go, and we would like someone to take the reigns and lead the band, so this can be your show.
Since forming in 2009, we’ve got a track record of professionalism and reliability, putting in the hard work while keeping it fun. We take pride in nailing every little nuance of the original and mostly producing our own backing tracks.
Ideally this would suit a professional or semi pro performer who wants to take this project on with both hands, and dedicate themselves to getting the look and sound of Rob, while at the same time, naturally being the centre of attention as a showman.
We practice at The Hydra in Burwood.
