ABOUT

3 Miles From Texas is a Brisbane based recording and performing group playing all original material. The band performs regularly at inner city venues such as the Bug, Magda's, Foco Nuevo, and other small but well patronised performance spaces.
We have performed at at the Woodford, and Neurum Creek festivals. We have an ongoing commitment to writing and recording and live performance. Love to hear from any like minded musicians, groups and entrepreneurs.

Voices, various acoustic and electric guitars and the cuatro (Puerto Rican) joined by the musical colours from Rose's wonderful Accordion laid over a dynamic rhythm section give us "our sound"...
