ABOUT

Pianist first but love to sing/harmonise. Classical training as well as background in electronic organ which provided me with ability to cross to jazz/improvisation and harmonise from chord charts easily. Diverse abilities as keyboardist. Comfortable solo or as part of a group. Vocal experience mainly at back up level but up to taking the lead if need be. Acapella a specialty area. Also dancing experience so if needed to move not scared of that as well. Incredibly fit for my age and well groomed. Easy going and like to enjoy my music but also I like to get it right so practice is important to me.

Classical masters degree. Contemporary music fan of many musicians from older 20th century (1920s) to current release. Eg Gershwin, Berlin, Frank Sinatra, Nina Simone, the Great American Songbook through to Tina Arena, Diana Kraul, Sting, Olivia Newton-John, Alicia Keys, Ed Sheeran, and bands such as Queen, Bee Gees, ELO, Toto, Muse, Coldplay. Just to name a few.
