I was 14 when I joined my first band back in Melbourne, mainly covers for some years, then an alternative band. Lost myself for a while, gave up music and eventually moved to Darwin. From there, I concentrated on getting my business up and running and eventually joined a big band/rock band. In 2011 I retired and moved here to NSW. Looking to play with other musicians because practicing doesn't satisfy the itch. Prefer blues, jazz, soul, funk. Not into metal, reggae or folk.

Influences
My first big influence was The Shadows, Jimi Hendrix, cream, blind faith, Jethro Tull, Taj Mahal and the like. We played a lot of their material back in the 60's. As my musical taste developed, jazz and big band grabbed my attention. I never got into rockabilly until I heard Brian Setzer.
