ABOUT
I've just moved to Adelaide from Canberra and i'm looking for some people i can jam woth and maybe start up something solid. I've been in a few bands, starting off with straight up energetic indie rock sh*t and the last one i was in before i left Canberra was a really experimental progressive metal psychedelic rock mashup.
I love the blues, i'm all up in that. Regional blues is great but i love the hybrid they made with electric music in the city of Chicago. It revolutionised music and has had a massive influence on my style. Little Walter, Big Walter Horton and Paul Butterfield are the three harp players i aspire to most. I think that the harmonica still has alot to give in modern day music, and not in a airy pop way but harp that seers through your soul just like a sax.
I'm also a vocalist/songwriter. I've learnt straight from the Bob Dylan textbook, he's one of the reasons i started music back in school. He really struck a nerve, and still to this day i haven't heard another musician that's spoken to me as much as him.
So if you want to jam or just chill let me know, would be rad
