DRUMMER WANTED
Drummer wanted for late 70’s inspired originals rock band.
We are a newly established band consisting of a bassist, singer and hammond organ player. Been jamming and writing together for a while and have plenty of originals, covers and riffs to work on immediately. Looking to start gigging as soon as possible after completing our line-up with a drummer and guitarist.
As for the direction of the band and style, we absolutely fit in the hard rock / heavy metal genre. Drawing inspiration from bands of the 70s & 80s, in particular: Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin and Whitesnake. Riff driven, high energy & fantastic musicianship.
Looking for an awesome drummer who has great feel, technically proficient and a good person. As for your influences for this band, think: Ian Paice, John Bonham and Cozy Powell. Songwriting and backing vocals would be a great bonus.
Some more influences include: Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Rush, Kansas, Uriah Heep, Airbourne, Toto, Boston, The Doors.
